My 34th Birthday Venture

A full day of work driving around islandwide doing servicing. I do hate people not showing signals and doing zigzag driving. I wonder what happens if someone shows them what they have done. A shame to the traffic discipline. Perhaps different culture embedded in that require road police to control.

Recent movies are indeed a shame. Like Chow's CJ7 (more like a kid's exaggeration) and Jumper (too over loaded effects makes it unrelated). Much too disappointing paying for tickets in cinemas. I would prefer supporting "friendly" downloads. At the least getting those clear types Avis or RMVBs. Even better will be MKVs blueray formats.

The pic on the left looks humorous so I decided to give it a shot for review. I have seen the original "300" movie in Australia Rockhampton while reservist mode on open air projection show. A pity for the ending. A fierce movie I had to admit.

Meet the Spartans will be likely to make a laugh in the story. Interesting indeed.

I was very tempted to order the above Asus EEPC 7" miniature unit from the states. Converted to Sing dollars the price inclusive freight is unbeatable. It is a shock-proof solid state drive disk of 4GB to 8GB capacity preloaded with Linux operating system. With 512MB memory, wireless 802.11g and modem, it proves a valuable tool in terms of weight for any traveller.

Imagine inserting a GPRS PC Card for internet, Vodaphone M1 or Starhub 3G module. The retailing price is S$ 550.00ea. The highest solid state at the moment is 8GB. I have loaded Windows XP onto the unit for the client during the test. Although the speed is slightly more than the grade of a Celeron, it is definitely not for high end demanding 3D games.

I received news that the R&D are in progress for a larger screen model. Of course the price will be adjusted too.

A Hectic Busy Day as Usual...

Another hard work day as usual in showroom looking after staffs and sales. I am entirely preoccupied with PC repairs and in maintaining the communications. Very tired indeed. Especially with the increase in PC speeds, it is surprisingly slow when coming to setting up or in data loss retrieval which I am in the state of doing so.

How I wish some one would be competent and sincere enough to relieve my loads. I do tends to locate their strengths and whether they have the guts to proceed. It is very distressing when I cannot find one to assist me out on problems. The only one I did try to find is myself when I explored over every channels and solutions. Very ironic indeed.
